I have discovered a mantra that should be uttered at least once daily, preferably more.
You Are Beautiful.
To believe it, you must say it, and to say it, you must believe it.

The statement in itself is rather simplistic, yet so expressive.
So successful in depicting the determination of one's self worth.

Say it once while looking directly in the mirror.
Afterward, don't immediately jump to point out your obvious flaws.
